Quality Control
Gainey Machine is committed to providing products and services that exceed the expectations of our customers. For the forty years we've been in business, we have received a reputation for high quality. We have also maintained a customer base that includes companies and corporations that have contracted our services on a continual basis for over thirty years. In a business as competitive as ours, that is not accomplished without quality.
Our Quality Control System requires incoming, routing, and outgoing dimensional inspections of all orders. We comply with our customer's ISO-9000 certification requirements with regard to compliance certification, material, heat treating, and finishing certification. Applicable certifications are also included with the first delivery and kept on file for a minimum of five years.
Our entire staff is committed to customer satisfaction. Proper execution of the policies and procedures we have developed is critical to that commitment.
